About the Content

• Why is it important that I publish a list of the tunes I currently play? See the FAQ: How is a "distinct tune" defined here? I also hope this list is useful as documentation of this region's session repertoire, possibly even useful for session musicians everywhere.
• Only the 603 tunes in my current active repertoire are presented below as session tunes.
• The entire Tunography, on the other hand, is an index of 20,575 recorded or printed instances of tunes and songs which I have identified as representing 4,661 distinct tunes (596 of which are songs). The lists of session tunes below present only a small portion of the database. Use the Tune Search and Finder page to access my entire database.
• Sources: I only index Recordings and Books which I own. But that means I have verified each cross-reference by listening and reading to compare each source.
