The band gives names for the individual tunes on p. 14 of the CD liner notes.
This sort of question about many (but not nearly all) commercial albums can
be answered quickly and more accurately by consulting www.irishtune.info.
In this case you'd end up eventually (via any number of possible routes) at
the following page in order to look at the three tunes identified on track 8:

The Chieftains identified these tunes as "Tom Billy's / The Gladstone / The
Star above the Garter." As you can see from irishtune.info, their unusual
choice of names for the 1st and 3rd tunes would set most trad musicians off
on the wrong path. (Click the Tune Info links in the right column of the
Album Details Page to get the whole picture on these tunes).
